Openness prevails

This is a defining motto for Linux and OpenSource, so it should be the motto for these websites.
On LINUXMAKER you find texts, which revolve around the operating system Linux and OpenSource Software. On the one hand the information in the foreground and on the other hand instructions should facilitate the handling with free and for everyone accessible systems and programs.

While Windows and Apple have managed to hint at ease of program installation, at least on the surface, installing and configuring programs under Linux are mostly reserved for insiders. With each project, the knowledge and experience grows, so why not both manifest here to find the solution again the next time a problem occurs.
